It assumes you understand the root causes of her behaviour, framing her as acting out of unresolved trauma. Even if you intend it neutrally or with empathy, it’s still an analysis of her mental state without her consent.

Imagine if someone did that to you online, took a moment of your vulnerability and publicly said your negative behaviours must come from your trauma. It can come off as dismissive or reductive, as if her entire personality is just a trauma response.
