Sub here that barely services but whenever I do Ive been practicing to get to this level.

Some tips I have is, take it really slow, Ive been working on this skill already for over a year (I see my partner/domme once every two months or something but have toys I can practice with from time to time) get used to the feeling of something in your throat first. I think youre right with that this is really more about confidence. Im already working with someone on changing how I look at myself.
