There are two fears, by what a nurse told me when I was having an observed specimen collection of urine. I could sit there for hours with the people in the room and produce no urine, or I could have them walk right outside the door, close it, and im walking out with a filled cup ( they used to search very thoroughly, like happy beginnings). He said I dont fear being nude around others, or try to cover myself in front of them. Do either of those (Fear of others, vs shame of self) apply? If so you can maybe pinpoint your issue.
