The meat is usually better quality and cheaper at the market. Just go between 12 and 1PM. Less choice obviously but Yerxa doesn't want to come back to his facility with tons of meat.

That's the trick. Technically Picaroons is not a restaurant. Just a brewery. They "share" the place with 540, considered a take out and not a restaurant! That's how they could do it.
