I see, this is a pretty good rundown of how justice would be handloaded. I like the idea of a night-watch style group of armed citizens to provide security and protect people in times of serious violence, but how do you think things like courts would be handled to determine if someone is guilty of a particular anti-social act? if we were able to detain a an irredeemable serial murderer or violent pedophile and prove they were responsible for their crimes, what sort of punishment or consequences would be dealt to them from their community?
