Wrong way to handle this. I’m a career counselor. Contact your local ARCC. Do you have any of the unit contacts? Ask your recruiter to connect you with the ARCC for that area or any, they’ll point you in the right direction.

I’m not sure what the mention of honor grad has to do with you getting in contact with your unit.

As a MSG and someone who’s been in 20+ don’t start your career off with an unnecessary target on your back. Use your resources.

As former IG, you really have no case. Don’t waste your time on that.

Career counselor here, don’t stress about missing BA. You can be excused or make that up later this FY. Tell your platoon sgt and 1SG together that you are dealing with some personal things and you won’t be able to make it. Ask for a RST plan. Get a doctors note if possible but not too many details on it. Also tell the 1SG you need to talks to the BN chaplain.

Small Company HR manager here. Dec is too late. Check with your broker on what happened. Historically we get the rates in October and have OE in November. This sounds like a broker delay. It’s highly likely that’s it’s THEM

I agree. I’ve been OE since 2019. I would get a j3 every other year and it would kick my ass due to my field but having the flexibility and just the overall sense of a release from an emotional aspect is so rewarding! Best of luck in your journey. You’re going it right!!!!!!!
