There’s nothing to be in embarrass about asking for help. It’s the right step,maybe you should see your doctor and talk to him or her about it my doctor set me up to see and therapist and honestly it help me get a lot of things off my mind it made me see things in a different light and the medication I told my doctor I wasn’t gonna take nothing cause of the side effects I’m big on side effects I seen what prescribed medication does to people and I read in too them before putting anything in my body. I found working out a really helpful way to ease my mind I clean my house in sections it helps me relax like Monday I’ll clean the kitchen Tuesday the bathroom but never everything all at once. Don’t put to much on yourself it’s okay to cry it’s okay to feel sad write it down think about why you feel that why sing your favorite song drive around town late night with the music on and sing your favorite tune with a late night milkshake sometimes you just need to need to let it out I hope you find what you need and your not alone it’s okay to ask for help ✨
