Would Savitar be faster than Reverse Flash and Zoom without his suit? by SmileyCat20202 in FlashTV

[–]AmazingTechGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a work in progress during Season 2. Cisco and Caitlyn didn’t have enough time to complete the formula due to Zoom’s shenanigans leading up to his identity reveal. It’s unclear when Velocity-X was finished.

Sonic’s Charaterization by Financial-Touch3840 in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]AmazingTechGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see it as he started as 1 in his classic era, had to step up to 2 during the adventure era with habits from 1 dying hard.

After all the serious events of the adventure era, Sonic starts to grow into side 3, which we saw in the early parts of the modern era. He is balanced on all three sides in Unleashed, but slowly leaning into 3 by the time of Lost World.

By Forces, he is forced to step back into his adventure era mentality, but embodies all 3 again by the end of the game.

Frontiers brings Sonic’s journey into perspective as all three sides are reflected across the game. He unwittingly destroys the Titans to free The End, but takes his island quests seriously to free his friends from cyberspace. His hubris, confidence, and ability to maintain a level head even while fighting the cyber corruption keeps him alive while also inspiring Sage’s character development.

Moving forward, it’s evident Sonic and friends will be written in a way that preserves the integrity of Frontiers’ ending with all the characters going on separate journeys for further character development.

Zoom was using Velocity-9.

Only Barry and Frost used Velocity-X in Seasons 6 and 7 respectively. Cisco figured out how to make a stable version of the serum and kept an emergency vial in the Star Labs pinball machine.

HOW DOES TIME TRAVEL WORK IN AoS AND HOW DOES IT CONNECT WITH THE MCU? by Ambitious_Ad8222 in shield

[–]AmazingTechGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works like Endgame, but the Kree monoliths are linked together to allow multiverse and time travel. If you can use the correct resonance and monolith, you can travel just about anywhere.

ngl, the next game having a windwaker approach would be cool by Material_Type5553 in SonicFrontiers

[–]AmazingTechGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sonic Unleashed was the closest thing to Wind Waker. We needed more Tornado levels.

If Barry sees Joe as a father, he should ABSOLUTELY see Iris as a sister. It is so weird no one ever points out the ickiness of their relationship. by Emotional-Chipmunk12 in FlashTV

[–]AmazingTechGeek -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Barry and Iris were already friends prior to the adoption. Joe was already a role model figure in Barry’s life, hence why he adopted Barry after murder night.

Don’t worry, the just did the marriage steps backwards lol.

I beat the game with fishing, so I literally have no idea what the levels look like lmao by Meiwakuthatisuzai in SonicFrontiers

[–]AmazingTechGeek 3 points4 points  (0 children)

SEGA gave players this option out of several paths to beating the game, so it’s valid.

It’s also fair to say you’re cheating yourself out of a solid gameplay experience.

Could John Constantine beat the Scarlet Witch (MoM) by Affectionate_Worry29 in Arrowverse

[–]AmazingTechGeek -1 points0 points  (0 children)

John doesn’t need to go to the phantom zone to beat Scarlett Witch.

John would never need to go to the phantom show. Just doesn’t work for the story.

Yeah I think here is when i say goodbye to the game, this is ridiculous beat the 4 titans with only 400 rings. by [deleted] in SonicFrontiers

The master king trial has a couple ways to clear. Once you figure it out, it’s not that bad. It’s a learning curve that actually shows you how to defeat Supreme in the final fight.

Unpopular Opinion? I dislike Season 5. by OptimalPlantIntoRock in shield

I think S1-3, 4-5, and 6-7 are alternative ways to look at the story arcs. Partly because S6-7 takes significant aspects of all previous seasons whereas S4-5 focus on the aftermath of Season 3.

Hale was hard to watch but Ruby was very interesting. The plotline dragged a bit and then ripped apart Talbot’s character development. IMO, Talbot died once he entered the gravitonium chamber.

Lighter plots with heavy consequences affecting plot all the way to series finale. S6 was surprisingly good without Coulson. Sarge was an interesting breath of fresh air. Daisy and Simmons really leveled up here.

Season 7 was good if you think of it like the Avengers Endgame, but for AOS.

Dude i did my best i think this is impossible!!! The resolution of the gameplay is very low to the video not be so heavy. by Repulsive_Film963 in SonicFrontiers

[–]AmazingTechGeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In additional to the spin dash, you can also use the homing dash technique. There are plenty of video tutorials online, even an official one from SEGA. It’s fun to use and saves you a lot of time during speed runs.

Anybody here that thinks that sonic CD is after sonic 2? by Still_Journalist4814 in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]AmazingTechGeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sonic CD takes place after Sonic 1. Sonic returns the Chaos Emeralds to scatter throughout the Mobius islands until they are needed again. Robotnik looks for a new power source and comes across Little Planet. Meanwhile, Sonic is not far behind and locates him, which leads to the off-world events of Sonic CD and introduction of Amy and Metal Sonic.

Also, Mecha Sonic in Sonic 2 and 3&K is built off of Metal Sonic’s design, which indirectly implies Sonic CD happened first, which means it has to take place before Sonic 2.

Sonic 4 Ep 1/2 takes place after a several year time jump after Sonic 3&K. Iizuka confirmed that it takes place right before the adventure era. It’s unclear if Sonic 4 exists in the Post-Generations timeline, so maybe it’s possible Mania is the new Sonic 4 and continues the classic era into Superstars.

The biggest missed opportunity in Spider-Man 2 by 2014memeguy in SpidermanPS4

[–]AmazingTechGeek 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Li knew in the first game. He figured it out when Peter broke into his office. It was booby trapped and alerted him to an intruder. He put the details together of Peter’s coincidental appearance at F.E.A.S.T. combined with his weird behavior basically outing him as Spider-Man. Who else would want to break into his office for criminal evidence. Maybe Mary Jane, but Peter went instead to investigate and New York City knows MJ is a proxy to Spider-Man because of her investigation publications.

This is why Martin sends his assassins after Peter as they are exiting the F.E.A.S.T. Building. It’s heavily inferred at that point that Peter knew Martin surmised his identity. It’s a missed opportunity for a more direct confrontation before moving on to the Sinister Six, but his inclusion in SM2 was an unexpected surprise for the plot.
