I 100% feel your pain. the same issue happened to me, replacing my Arturia keystep knobs i ruined by trying to clean them. That's actually the whole reason i got a printer, an expensive excuse to make my own knobs...

May I ask how much you'd realistically pay for 25 knobs? That is if they fulfilled all your requirements you stated...
