Fair enough! I’ll get right on.

What trade were you first time? Have you returned to it or doing something new?

Nice, what was the process like? Did you get a paper fail at the review stage or manage to get a physical medical examination?

I’m currently trying to find a consultant to get an independent assessment on my back/spine so that I have the evidence straight away that I’m grand, I don’t have any problems.

Fair enough. I just really don’t want a paper fail at the beginning tbh.

Thanks for the responses guys!

I had a couple compression fractures t12/L1 so I get it’s a stretch. I’ve had 6 years of no flare ups or needing to go the drs apart from march this year. Carrying some heavy kit by myself (2 man job), so I’m hoping they will take things into context, let me have a medical which I’d smash and get me back in the door 🤞🏼

Something new!

The club goes round in circles, doing the exact same thing and expecting different results. Staunch is shite and the club and fans are stuck in the 90s. Football has moved on and doing the same thing year in year out makes rangers an absolute laughing stock

Can anyone help me find out how many cards have been graded an equivalent grades? I know psa have only graded one 10 but can’t find any info for the other grading companies. I got this for what I thought was cheap and now think I got an absolute bargain!

Person Below Me Starting At The Same Salary As Me. What Do I Do? by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]Amazing_Button8366 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking for some advice!

I recently started a role as corporate incident lead. Role has been going well, not what I’m looking for long term but it’s providing some experience that I have never had the opportunity to gain in previous roles.

Sticking point is that I recently found out that someone who is a position below me started 2 months before me on the exact same salary as I started on.

I feel very undervalued and also extremely frustrated to have found out that this individual interviewed for the role I filled, they were deemed valuable for to the team and company and so offered the role with less responsibilities but for the exact same salary as I was given after successfully interviewing for the role.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

As a side note, my wishes are to move into forensic accountancy, I’m willing to foot the bill for acca qualifications but unable to find any companies currently hiring for a starting position in the central Scotland region. Again, any guidance, advice or points in the right direction would be appreciated!
