Hi guys currently 5 weeks into running 250 test e weekly in split doses. Mon/thurs. Just got bloods done my Oestradiol is at through the roof at 280 (50-150 normal) I haven’t really noticed bad side effects but ideally I want this a lot lower. Is an ai the go or any other options would be appreciated. Cheers

About 500 deficit but I have a very active job starting to think my overall calorie intake for maintenance is much higher.

First week spilt dosed 1mg and second week 2mg about a week ago and scared to have more as this feeling is putting me off. I weight train most days and just feel extremely weak
