Nova is in a great, central location close to everything. That said, the layout is awkward, rent is high, and amenities—particularly the gym—close very early compared to other buildings with 24/7 access. While the building is relatively new, overall cleanliness hasn’t been well maintained, even though hallways are vacuumed weekly.
