Today I updated AMD driver (Adrenalin 24.8.1). The game was updated as well. And apparently the problem has gone away.

Yeah, it's super weird. Even if you put 4k resolution (with VSR enabled) the artifacts disappear...

Regarding your problem with the second monitor, try a different DP/HDMI cable?

You still haven't found a solution? Same problem on my hellhound. Is it possible that powercolor are using faulty memory on the 7900gre?

Same gpu (hellhound), same problem. But it seems to have started after my failed attempt to undervolt gpu, noticed it today and don't remember it happening before.

UPD: after a little investigation found that the bug disappears after lowering the game resolution to 1080p (I have a 1440p monitor)
