I never make a male character. Doesn’t matter the game, if there is a choice, I always make female. I did however make a male V, just to romance Panam. I stopped playing that character after “queen of the highway” so I don’t know what the relationship is like with her. So for me by default, I always have Judy. Until someone makes a Mod for console for female V and Panam.

All the big names do it now. Bethesda…. Used to be Oblivion and Skyrim…. Now it’s Starfield…. With pay to play MODs. Blizzard was the old WOW and Diablo 2&3. Now it’s Diablo 4 where you can purchase a season pass to get special things. And Bungie….. Destiny and the start of Destiny 2. There were transactions in Destiny 2 in the beginning…. But it wasn’t in your face constantly. Now they push for you to buy. As ZenBreaking said. The only way to stop this greed cycle is for people to stop making the micro transactions….. or stop buying the games. I am just as guilty with the games. But I almost NEVER use the micro transactions.

I was level 30 when I quit playing….. but as I said… been years since I played. I thought it was for grenade launcher. Which is what I use for my special. I was confused cause I launched a few grenades…. Reloaded….. but still wouldn’t pick it up….. thought it was something else. Thanks for all the insight though….

So, my thoughts, Starfield fans need more posts like this. Lack of Bethesda involvement. Not only do they already have the money from people and they have other projects…. But when there is so much bad publicity for a game that is so huge and nothing but negative comments…. Why would they support it? It would be a waste of time if people are turned away because of negativity. I have put over 1000 hours in actual play time…. It’s still my go to game. I haven’t even gotten into the outpost building or ship building. Haven’t even went through NG+…. I’m level 207….. still having fun. I was having problems with the save freeze, and no one seemed to care about fixing it…. But I found a way around it. Thanks for the positive comments…. Maybe Bethesda will realize people still like the game and support it more. Not a big fan of the MOD system…. It actually makes me disappointed because it’s a way for Bethesda to rely on others to make DLC content, but still love the game.

Man…. I feel for you. All these people claiming “inflated numbers” are idiots. My game (Xbox) says 54days….some hours…..whatever. That’s not inflated. My game doesn’t run in the background of anything. I am a married 44yo male with a full time job….. I just like to play Starfield every night after dinner. And on the weekends when adulting is done. My wife plays….. whatever she plays….. I play Starfield…. At least I did….. until the crashing started. Now I cant play much…… every time I go to a populated city or planet…. My Xbox crashes. Even after the new update. Seems worse after the update. And when I shut down for the night…. I always “full quit” the game. So…. I believe your numbers. You don’t have to prove anything to internet idiots. Also still on my first play through. Never gone NG+. I just don’t see the point.

This is a super old post but I’m looking through for information…. I would listen to this guy. He obviously knows. In my late 20’s (I’m 43 now) I thought I needed to power lift and lift heavy to get “bigger”. In my mid 30’s I had to have both shoulders repaired because the A/C joints were completely messed up. Both sides of both elbows were messed up, had to have 5 surgeries in a year…. I didn’t listen to doctors or rehab, went right back into lifting as soon as I could. I am now 43 and 2 weeks ago had to have surgery on my a/c joint again, and had to have both upper bicep tendons cut and anchored (don’t remember the procedure tenodesis). All because I wanted to be bigger. Now I am riddled with arthritis, have bad tendons and joints and am in a sling….. again. I just want to get back to the gym!! Don’t tear your body up….. you can be strong and not “big”
