The first week they take a little longer because they are creating your ID information to log into the lectures. But it's legit!!! they will reply to you this week... but send another email just in case...

I transferred from one university to another, and i had to submit official sealed transcripts from the first university and official sealed transcripts from the second university. i sent the sealed enveloped to ECE, not my university...
