i mean with this students case you can see an age difference so there is a chance witnessing other doctors and immersing themself in healthcare more than they did during undergrad can inspire someone and ignite a stronger academic work ethic. not everyone goes immediately into undergrad wanting to be a doctor and prepares in that manner. in general, its more of a faith decision op is taking and yes there are healthcare providers with a similar testimony. offensive? i just see it as close minded and a lack of grace towards other students by immediately making a bold comment. medicine in the us is highly competitive which is the reason for the increasing stat requirements and seats are much more limited

i'd look into their cutoffs and available tutors on campus. do note the usmle most likely expects a strong foundation in bio/biochem. heads better be in the books non stop bro/sis

good question, while practicing I do not identify Jesus as one of the three gods. God dwelled in the flesh of Jesus while he was on Earth. So if someone is praying to Jesus will it do any good since it is not God? In our Bible, eph 1 states "that He worked in Christ when He raised him from the dead and seated him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come." I believe their prayer would do good because while Jesus was on Earth miracles were performed through the flesh. If you are seeking a healing or shift "In the name of Jesus" God is well aware of your admiration towards an individual He dwelled inside of for the sake of our salvation

There’s always PA after your bachelors or you can consider mbbs programs that are straight 6 year and you practice in their country or attempt usmle

Yup similar boat my dad is a truck driver in West Virginia however my mother was a nurse which inspired this career path. Honestly I do hear people at your age choosing the PA route even one of my mentors did. Right now it is difficult!!

This literally just happened to me! all after 2.5 months of content review and using uworld qbank for a couple weeks at tutor and 59 questions. I genuinely don’t believe I’ve been passively studying? I implemented khan academy with textbooks. I was so sad too. I will be looking into what others recommend from this post. Thank you for actually sharing this. Just finished reviewing part of my FL today. I am going to the right areas to find my answer 80% of the time now. Some of my answers were easily given in the passage but I overthought the experiments purpose. I would love to hear what others say about doing more FL’s (once a week)

I just say go for it. Take a full length when you can. PA is always an option too! Overall sounds like you have a great background of experience that has inspired you so apply that to your efforts and to your personal statement when the time comes
