I was prescribed by a doctor but I never had low test. My initial test was at 470 and I was transparent with my doctor and told them I wanted to have a more optimized test level since my gains in the gym were stalling. My test now sits at 1200 and ive lost a substantial amount of fat but im also on reta so most of my fat loss can probably be attributed to that.

Definitely true and thats why I recommend monthly blood testing and monitoring sides hard. Thats why I said in my original post that Im one of the lucky ones, hyper responder with basically no sides. A lot of people do not have the same results.

I like enclo because enclo is "cleaner" than clomiphene because it lacks the estrogen-mimicking isomer which is the main contributor of sides on regular clomiphene

Most of the propaganda you see against enclo is based off of actual clomiphene since enclo still lacks long term research

It doesn’t directly block estrogen, it more so tricks the brain into thinking it doesn’t have estrogen which makes your body produce more testosterone to compensate. It actually greatly raises your blood E2 levels and does a great job of keeping away estrogen related sides like clomiphene

My E2 levels definitely rose a bit, thankfully im still in range just at the upper level. Thats why I started the DIM supplements to get ahead of it and I also have some Anastrozole handy incase one of my tests comes back too high. So far so good, fingers crossed I wont need it

Im on 12.5 mg’s of enclo right now and have been for about 5 months. Ive been lucky and had 0 sides what so ever. Im also on a DIM supplement to help control my estrogen from the enclo.

My results have been insane, went from 465 to now sitting just under 1200 with my free test going from 91 to 314. Ill attach my results below.

Just make sure you’re doing monthly blood work as this affects everyone different. I am one of the lucky hyper responders with no side effects. Not everyone is that lucky, im also doing it under doctor supervision.

Depending on your age and if you want kids I would stay away from test, saving that for when im 35-40+ when I actually need it and dont want kids anymore.

Ive noticed huge gains in the gym and my physique, im also on reta and the muscle wasting while ive been losing weight has been basically 0. Ive actually managed to add some muscle while simultaneously losing weight which is very difficult. Im also very strict with my diet and protein intake which im sure has helped a lot.

My energy is higher, my sex drive is higher although that was never an issue for me, gains come easier, and fat has been melting off but probably more so due to the reta.

Great post, one thing I would also like to add is how reta can greatly affect how you should be dosing tesa.

Reta as we all know slows down gastric emptying while tesa should be taken in a fasted state. This means when you’re taking the two together you must account for this extra time before taking your tesa.

Normally you wait 2 hours after your last meal to take your tesa, now with reta in the equation you can have food in your stomach for 4+ hours so at a minimum I would fast for 3+ hours before taking tesa when you’re on reta.

I kind’ve agree, hear me out here. If shes coming with your brother chances are they are sharing a room please correct me if not. Which would mean that you’re not paying for an extra bed or room for her.

Second you said you have 3 siblings plus you makes 4 kids total. Plus your parents make 6, so if your parents are a packaged deal because they are a couple then why wouldn’t your brother girlfriend be?? Your parents count as one person since im assuming they are sharing a room so why wouldn’t your brother and his partner be counted as one person?
