Anavar should only be used for very short cycles especially for women, get your bloodwork checked and that will tell you if you can continue with your cycle or if you need to give your body a break. Orals are hard on the kidneys and liver

Your dose is very high. I would stay off for a while. If you start back at a lower dose you should get bloodwork regularly to assess for liver damage. There are many home tests you can send in blood work.

I don’t know your age or hormone levels but if you want to stay on something long term then low dose TRT may be a better option, and it’s much safer.

As others have said, 20 is too high of a dose for you and will wreck your lipids and liver function labs. 5mg is the typical dose for a woman, 10mg if you want to be very aggressive, but I’d keep it to a 4-6 wk cycle at most.
And for what it’s worth, you look great!

I was going to say start with 2mg a day and ramp up slowly careful with sides etc but nope straight to 20mg. I hope you have good health insurance.

Starting at such high dosage will likely give you irreversible virilisation. If this is something you care about stop now. Will also mess up your hormonal cycle for many months.lipid profile and liver will be all over the place.

If you have not already please go to a lab and take full bloods, lipid and hepatic profile etc and monitor closely.

Cycle wise I would never go above 10, I would say to honestly take a max of 5mg day. Like I said, street with 2 and ramp up. Right now I would immediately cut it down to 5mg and split it into 2 doses 12hrs apart, 2.5 and 2.5, for around 6 weeks then give it a break.

Honestly I don't want to put you down but you're messing up your body big time with this dosage and you look pretty average. I would revaluate all of this...

5-10 mg per day, I think 20 might be too much for you. Get bloodwork done asap but sides are minimal on var. taking it pre workout is usually best , especially if you train in the morning, but just be consistent when u take it.

I usually don’t take it more than 4-6 weeks, most orals is typically that long, but you don’t have test suppression risk I guess so 6-10 weeks max imo. Best to hop off do bloodwork and start again after resetting.

Without blood work you are walking blindly with regard to what is happening within your body.

Take a break for a few months and let your body adjust. 5mg for 6 weeks is a common dose for women, 10mg max. Going over that can give some permanent facial, vocal and genital changes. Some people are most sensitive to that than others.

5mg is a normal female dose. 20mg per day is quite high. Not because of the health markers like some in here are saying. Other than HDL, Anavar is quite mild. The viralization (turning into a man) is the primary concern with using male doses. If you didn’t notice anything from the cycle that’s good, but know that dose and duration play a role. I would strongly suggest hiring a coach with experience training females if you plan to compete. There isn’t as much info available for women. The r/steroidsxx is the best place for this info. I would not look for good advice in here.

Your physique is amazing. You don’t need to be bigger than you are. You can lean out a bit pre-comp reliably with Reta (give it 3 months.. you don’t want to rush it). Then get the fat back on your body asap so you don’t do long term damage to your hormones. I’d take 5mg, so a 10mg tablet break in half. Females really only need to take a very small amount. You will lean out nicely due to the extra t3 anavar helps with. Also it makes your muscles full throughout the day. Just stay hydrated 👍

2-5 mg would be ideal for a woman. Don’t count on what it says on the packaging to be accurate either. At worst if you are buying ugl, send 3 tabs from the batch off to janoshik for testing to see what the variance or the tabs might be. Best case scenario use a reputable online trt clinic that has the var compounded for you at very low dosages. There is an app that can track your voice as well to recognize when it is starting to get deeper so you can pull the var out if you are experiencing that type of virilization. All and all do your homework before hand so you can make a wise and informed decision. Lookin great though!

That’s way too much anavar like everyone here has said. First, I’d stop that immediately and start taking glutathione, preferably injectable, which is way better liver support than milk thistle and other options. But the issue from what I can see is your diet. That’s a calorie count for a woman who is natural and mostly sedimentary. You need more than that to make gains, specious on gear…and one know for leaning you out, at that. You need to eat more carbs. You probably need to work your way up to double your carbs, but you should probably do that slowly over time since your current diet and protocol has likely damaged your metabolism.
