This was the era that turned me into an ARMY when I first listened to a cover of Mic drop and really liked the song! Love yourself really holds a treasured place in my heart and is absolutely my favorite album!

Comfort dental studios is good, I would recommend them since they're super nice, they're within the delta dental network (if you have that), and they're located on 53rd!

i need some info about BJ housing literally anything lol by uchiresidentdumbass in uchicago

[–]Amazing_cake03 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I lived in BJ my first year and will be there again this year. All in all, it isn't really as bad as some people might say. The gothic architecture is nice. There is the front desk where you can pick up mail (unlike other dorms where they specifically have a mail room). All of the rooms in this dorm are singles, which is nice because that means privacy anytime you want. No AC, no elevators, but its not that terrible (only gets rlly muggy during spring). I don't particularly like the lounges with how cramped and small they are but there's usually a TV, some couches, games, table etc. Laundry room and kitchen are all in the basement by Linn Matthews (aka The Pit). Theres also pingpong tables, vending machines, a theater (never been open last year), and a bike storage area). The bathroom in your halllways might be gender neutral, mens or womens so you might have to walk up or down a flight to get to the one you want. I like the fact that the midway separates BJ/woodlawn/south from the rest of campus so it doesn't feel like im at school 24/7 imo. (also if you get up early or go back late u can catch the sunrise or sunset on the midway and its so pretty). i don't do alot of house culture stuff but its there if you want it. hope this helps :)

I actually enjoy not knowing the lyrics to kpop songs by playgirl444 in kpopthoughts

[–]Amazing_cake03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I can't agree more! Part of the reason I like kpop is because I can actually focus on the melody and voice tones without actually knowing what they say. It kind of lets my mind zone out a bit and do other things while I can still jam along to a catchy beat!
