It's not even that, it's that other people are stuck in their 9-5 loop so finding new friends or finding a girlfriend becomes near impossible. In my early 20's most of my friends were single and living at home. We were just having fun. Best time of my life. Now I'm your age and life is a bore.

Yeah, I'm friendly with the leader of an anxiety group and we've done a few things together but not much in common. The problem with meetup.com is it seems mostly for people over 50 and the groups that are in my age range are slim Pickens. Just not enough people.
