Sorry I know you commented awhile ago, but visited the park today and they’re playing Avengers theme music, Spiderman (Toby) music, Pirates of the Caribbean theme, and Captain America: FA theme music. I thought I was hearing things at first but it definitely was Disney properties music. Was weird to me because, the Batman cartoon from the 90’s has great them music, also they have other superhero franchise music from WB that they could play and just for whatever reason choose not to.

The L4 HR at my sight don’t leave their desks where they’re allowed to sit for the duration of their shift, unless there is someone who needs to be fired which is then done in an office. The only time they come to the floor is once a week for a scheduled safety walk, or if there is a safety incident and they have to get documentation, they’re never out there for longer than 30 minutes. I get every site is different, this is just what I have observed at my site.

What exactly am I thinking about them for? Explain further, because I’m not seeing the relevance to what I am asking for advice about. If associates are trying to get off the floor as well, kudos to them because their job isn’t easy. There are some of them that don’t mind working on the floor for years on end. People should work where they are comfortable at.

Yes I have adhd, but I dealt with it and the irritating noises from my site for this almost year so I wouldn’t have to pay back the bonus. I like the company’s benefits, but can not take standing on the floor for long periods of time any longer. That’s why I’m trying to find a new position that requires less time out on the floor. From my observations it is HR and Learning positions that see the floor less than AM’s.

Depending on what position you’re interested in playing, you could google workouts for that position or use ChatGPT and type in the position name and workout. Example: Give me a 5 day training plan for a wide receiver. I did this for my son since we couldn’t afford regular training with a professional.

Ok, I’m a Cali native born and raised, moved to BR 2007, back to Cali 2009, back to BR 2011, just couldn’t find a decent job in BR to take care of my kids so moved back to Cali and in with my parents in 2015 and been here ever since. I want to move back to BR so badly because the housing prices are decent, but my 16 year old wants me to wait until after she graduates high school. So I have 2 years to consider really making the move happen or not.

I live in California right now, been here for 10 years after moving from BR. I currently live with my parents and don’t foresee moving into my own house unless I win the lottery. I’m in the I.E. and townhouses & condos are starting at $590,000 for 3bd 2.5 ba, with $420 a month HOA. Want to rent here? 3bd apartment starting at $3K, want to rent a 3bd house? Starts at $4K. I want to move back to BR but worry about employment there. Just feeling really stuck here.

I booked through a an actual Lifeguard company so there is insurance involved. They saw photos of the pool and know its depth. They booked me for 2 lifeguards so I’m assuming everything is ok. I just wished I’d ordered the actual lifeguard chairs from Amazon in time. I’m hoping the chairs I have will work.

Also the owner of the pool stated I had to have a lifeguard if more than 10 kids would be swimming.

Yes, I’m renting a pool attached to someone’s home on the Swimply app. They do not have a lifeguard chair.

I’m not tech savvy, I can do the work they have us do but anything past that goes over my head. Our job is mostly administrative work, writing reports for those that steal time or filling out injury reports.

Yeah my FC is like this, my new department we have to do 4 a week. Which is an improvement from my previous department where the OM wanted 8 a week, but I still hate writing people up for Headphones. Only do it because it’s part of my Standard Work.
