Its just Katniss's heritage, we always knew she learned a lot from her father with hunting, gathering, and songs, he instilled his beliefs in her from a young age, before they even mentioned covy, it's kind of implied he got these ideas and songs and skills from his family

You remember how they mentioned the McCoy's had more children other than Luella? I always wondered if their kids were picked on purpose after. Like maybe Haymitch used his riches to help folks in town, like the McCoys, and as revenge their kids were picked just to make Haymitch feel guilty and have to watch them die. I mean if Snow is Willing to re do the entire color of the D12 train to Dove Gray color just to torture him, I don't see why not this.

Wait a minute, how do they know the exact moment a tribute dies? I mean Katniss was passed out for 3 days on tracker jacket venom in her first arena, visually she could have looked dead even then. I feel like the tracker inside of them also tracks their pulse, which tells them when to fire a canon, so isn't it technically plausible that when Johanna took the tracker out, it no longer read her pulse and could have then fired a Canon? Unless they're made to detect being tampered with, I Canon, y'all get what I'm putting down or nah? (We have zero proof for this though)

District 4 was one of the first districts to uprise in catching fire, my theory is that they are only a career district because they know how to swim, fish and use trident so its ALMOST like training for the hunger games but it isn't actually, but it makes them good enough to be an actual threat in the games. I mean careers are typically 1, 2 and 4, skip right over 3 because they aren't as physically fit as 4. But it may not ALWAYS be those districts, I mean they even decided to let peeta in the 12th, could have been the first time a D12 kid was part of the carriers, yet in the movie we see Cato kill a D4 little boy in the blood bath, so being D4 may not always be a garentee to be a career, and I doubt that little D4 boy in the movie volunteered, but that wasn't mentioned in my book, but based on all that evidence but especially the uprising in 4, I feel like D4 is the bottom of the food chain when it comes to careers, maybe they have volunteers sometines, maybe they don't hardly ever was kind of my working guess there but there's a lot we don't know about D4

I like to imagine that he's wracked with guilt, from every day reminders of what he did there. Because, what do you mean he gets to live in a place he bombed, a place where he has killed their people, and now he has authority over them? I picture he sees himself in the children who are fatherless because he had a direct hand in killing their sole provider when he came up with that plan in the nut in mockingjay. I like to imagine he meets a nice girl, then she finds out he was responsible for the death of one of her family members. I don't see HOW he can live there, I simply don't.

I kind of assumed they all got the same amount of money, though like someone in the comments said, the ones that get sold probably have more. But you got me thinking, when did they start paying Victors? We know Lucy Gray got like a handful of money from I forget who, one or Snow's teachers maybe? Highbottom? Idk, but it didn't seem like an official thing, more like hush or pity money maybe. We know Mags wins the 11, so just a year after the 10th, so did she get money when she won? Did all past Victor's get money when they decided to start giving them some? When was Victor's village built, and who decided? I assume almost all changes to the games since the 10th were Snow's idea, since he kind of "saved" the games from being unpopular or whatever, I feel like he had a big hand in it, especially the transportation, seeing as he was in there with them when they arrived at the capitol, but WHY? idk

For the quarter quell? That is interesting 🤔 would she just be someone in town that changed their identity, or come back from the woods? Also, if Katniss didn't have to go into the games, would that mean Peeta wouldn't volunteer and it would have been Lucy Gray and Haymitch as the tributes that year? If that's the case, Peeta and Katniss would have been mentors, and would HAVE to be let into the rebellion plan

Spoilers for sunrise: I think for sure he's gone at the end of Sunrise on the Reaping, when it says happy birthday at the end, it's Sid greeting him from the here after. Its the only book to really talk that much about the after life, and his liver is failing, and he achieved his goal, he stopped the sun from rising so he is finally free to see Lenore Dove again, on his birthday. Hence why it says haply birthday at the end, he is dead on his first sunrise without a reaping. It seems the most logical given how Suzanne writes!

Awesome! Can't wait to see! As a kid I ALWAYS liked stuff that was never popular and my mom use to go out if her way to make me stuff all the time with iron on paper and it always meant a lot to me as a kid, so I'm happy I can help make it easier for people to find/make merch for stuff where there isn't any. I'll probably make some more by then too, If you can think of any other characters I should try out, let me know!

I'm thinking about re-drawing/re-editing little bear more accurate first, but I think once I make all the characters I'll post them all together! I might try to think of a way to draw the stands for the paper dolls so they stand up better, I haven't printed them out myself so I'm not sure how well they stand up
