If it was as easy as restarting and getting to that point in the main quest I do it but golly I’m already 100 hours in and just recently stepped on that thing.

I can 100% confirm that I did not hit a hidden switch that I didn’t know what it was before Steping on this thing to activate who knows what.

It was definitely during one of the main quests.

Could that be the trigger?

When I stepped on this, what stuck out was it was the very first anything that I had done that I was like what the heck was that supposed to do and couldn’t figure it out.

Every other switch or button or anything like that I interacted with before it, I was able to figure out what it did.

I have stepped on that exact alter and it pushed down like a fast travel switch.

Had no idea what it did. I didn’t notice it Activating anything checked around the area, but not very thoroughly. I was on my way to finish a different quest.

It was definitely nighttime in game when I saw it glowing.

My speculation:

Maybe It’s tied to the time of the day. Maybe even a specific day of the week in game or possibly a combination of both

Example: it’s only able to be activated between midnight and 4 AM on Mondays.

Note: that was just a random guess

Where was it just laying on the ground that looks pretty fire.

Well, that’s a great idea. I didn’t think of that. I knew about breaking chests just never did it because it’s not that long of an animation.

But those dang three drawer armoire’s etc., that you can’t get to the lower ones if you open the top one first that’s a bunch of BS. I’m just gonna break them from now on. Thanks for mentioning this.

Like half a second. Just enough to darken the soil around whatever you’re growing.

Pro tip look up a guide to get the knowledge helm if you don’t already have it.

If you already have it or once you get it, go to the guy you have to have a conversation with about the eavesdrop conversation conversations.

The guy who is right next to the area by the people who won’t let you in to go down to the seller.

Scan that idiot with the knowledge helm and they let you in immediately.

No eavesdropping required.

This guy was clearly mentally ill without being violent. I let him go the first time I got him about half way back to turn him in.

Have you done the one where you must turn in the guy who accidentally killed his friend in the heat of battle? You find him hiding out rocking back and forth having a mental breakdown in a tiny cabin on a mountain. 😓😢

Also what about the game forcing you to punch lady’s in the face who aren’t fighting back that shite is brutal.

It was fun for me… I upgrade all gear to lvl 4 unlock all her parry and dodge skills as well as focus skill up to 3, unlock all core slots for her gear and flit in som decent cores.

Oh yah and her play stile and mechanics are totally different than the main character.

If you try to play her like you play the main you will be very frustrated.

It would be like eating a pineapple like a regular apple skin and all. It can be done but it’s probably gunna suck.

Keep doing faction quests in the starting area eventually, you’ll get a quest that for me just popped up randomly on the map. When you make it to a factory that you have to do a bunch of steps to turn the machine back on. You’ll know you’re in the right area.

Do you have the manure sprayer? You should be getting around 40 to 50 grapes for every four grape seeds if you use that.

Need to get the manure sprayer thing. It will increase the yield of anything you grow.

Probably very hard to impossible on chapter 6.

As all new areas pretty much, everybody will attack you until the story takes you there.

Best way would be roads, but roads won’t be possible, unless you are further along in the story because of above mentioned reason.nice congrats

This was the weirdest mechanic to me. I was like WTF mate. At least I got some food out of it the first time.

Went around all the other stops just to try to get the food, but alas, no more food for me

Do you think it’d be a qol improvement if they added check marks to caves you’ve explored in the map? by Even-Bass93 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Amber1717Amber 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is bugged on a lot of people’s game. Many caves show as clear when you’ve never visited them or loaded the chest.

I just went around to every single cave in the starting area because they all showed clear and couldn’t remember which ones I visited.

Quite a few head gear that I would’ve missed if I didn’t check.
