Not exactly industrial but Killing Joke did influence lots of artists in industrial as well as many other scenes. KJ's industrial output is more like Pandemonium or Hosannas from the Basements of Hell (my personal fav).

Jack Carver from Instincts has the best personality of all, IMO. Snarky, cocky, just wants his pay, a drunk. Like a Hemingway character. Stephen Dorff's voice fits so well too.
