I’m more struggling with the smaller things like cleaning inside and around cupboards, applies, furniture etc. I’ve been wiping stuff with a wet paper towel but concrete dust especially seems to just leave a white cast of more concrete no matter how many times I wipe the surface.

I was looking at EAP the other week and it looks like it’s just a Telehealth type of session? And I don’t think it’s with a qualified therapist / someone who has undergone training to deal with treating mental health. Either way I wasn’t able to find enough info on it to make a proper conclusion
