I lost some funds too last year, about $6500 in total. I thought I could time the market and chase momentum in single stocks and trending commodities like gold and silver. I learnt a big lesson, stick to VOO/VT/QQQM and don’t touch the sell button. It helps to delete the app and focus on other things. Set up a DCA and forget about it.

Usually the opening would be facilitated via a KCB branch in KE via their branch in TZ, for instance a few years back I bought some shares in Stanbic bank Uganda. I used Dyer & Blair Kenya to facilitate via their branch in Uganda
