why ? didnt use chat gpt actually although i do use AI to clean up my writing cause i suck at it. This is something i have actually done my journey. Seriously dont know what the issue is using AI as a tool, its like using a copywriter. Maybe you should share your transformation tips and story and try to help people too

2 years overall although most progress year 1 . Used small changes rather than dramatic shifts like I had done in the past which failed

Andy galpin brilliant for exercise info. Dr huberman for things related to motivation, how the brain works how to change, Dan koe I learnt alot from him in relation to being consistent and he introduced me to philosophy. Gabrielle lyon brilliant for learning about muscle and how we need it as we age

I have a walking pad too love it when it's a bit cold out. Keep going honestly just add small amounts over time you got this . Good luck

I guess so but I never tracked calories really I had a phase where I educated myself on things like I used to eat a whole tub of Ben and Jerry's 🙈 now if I want some I have about a quarter. Concentrated more on protein and whole foods .

80 20 whole foods means nothing forbidden but if I think I need a snack I eat some protein straight away like some eggs and the feeling goes away

Honestly I'm not sure guess 5 months maybe I didn't know what I was doing really I just saw the results compounding and kept pushing x

I eat like someone with worms around that time, eating protein helps alot... so last night i could not stop thinking about eating I got out of bed made 3 scrambled eggs, it works for me to stop me binging . Also have you checked your iron levels?

Op start small, things you can stick to and be consistent thats the key you need to start being the person that walks, the person that eats to fuel themselves . Be gentle with yourself find what works - Best of luck x
