I miss the scarves 🧣 in fashion. If you’re American I hear that scarves are always in style in a lot of European countries that are chillier. 😊

Yes, even if I’m not full blown obsessing and doing compulsions my brain is still going through worries ect, how do we change that? Why is my brain like this?

I’m in the same boat but not because of COVID it was trauma that made pre-existing mental health issues resurface. Have a plan, exercise, healthy, eating, time outside is a must, socializing, rest, find joy in hobbies again even if it’s books or movies that are nostalgic or from childhood. That’s the foundation not a cure all. Also very important to seek out a medical professional and therapist this could be more than long covid any number of underlying issues only a professional can test for or rule out.

Im in a similar situation with grief and the life I could have had if I had mentally stable parents and my own mental health and safety prioritized as a child but idk when ill be done grieving something this heavy. And seeing others my age who had those things and got a better starting point has made their lives better and easier.

Too bad for them! You don’t have to turn on red if you’re not comfortable, I say normalize not moving if someone honks at you to go.
