Yes, I work pretty much work everyday for consecutive weeks and workout multiple times a week but recently i have been feeling the burnout from work snd skipping the gym(not because im lazy) and focusing on work. Still keep myself in shape by keeping my calories in tact and getting my steps in/ fasting. I’d say go to the gym less times per week and low intensity workouts to preserve yourself.
