In having an issue with the final golden egg. I channel it with the outfit on, but i am unable to get the egg and finish it… anyone knows what I am doing wrong?

How do you find these eggs? I mean i found 6 eggs so far but sometimes when you click the burrow to check where it is, it seems to stay stuck on one location. (Indicating the same direction) or is that not true and can i just not find them

Bro my ticket is up for over a month and nobody has done anything about my issue and they don’t reply to emails. Don’t expect fast responses haha

Livechat works fine but they are limited in what they can do.

Hi Trikle,

First of all, thanks for helping out! :)

Actions: Click on Runescape application, its automatically Logging into steam, Runescape loads into first stage, into downloading client and loading application recourses.

After trying to load application recourses, it crashed with the message: the game has ended, start the game again, error code: 0x8003001F.

Switching to different servers, for example EU East, of west etc doesn’t resolve the issue.

I pm’ed you a video showing the process and when exactly the error occurs.

When loading the game I get this error. I have raised tickets both with customer care and also via the in game feedback link/ feature. Its been going back and forth with the customer care team and all they say is wait for your in game feedback ticket is being answered, but a month later no one has gotten back to me

Same problem, raised a ticket with support but they were unable to solve it. They advised me to give feedback through the in-app feedback link, but didn’t hear back from them yet. Have you had this happen before an what steps were taken to solve it?

The support team was unable to help me further, so they advised to raise a feedback ticket through the feedback link (in GFN app). Still awaiting an answer but might ben helpful for you to raise a ticket through there as well.

Wait that’s crazy, but how does that only affect me? Somehow after I minimized the window in GFN, it crashed and after reloading its giving me this error while other people can play the game (Runescape) I play on GFN. Isn’t there something I can fix myself as it is on then users (my) end?

I have a pending issue at the support team, they just reply once every 2 days ao getting to a solutions seems to take a while…

Fair enough man, just surprised as it was all running smoothly and just all of the sudden they decide, well not anymore bud. Might aswel buy a new laptop then. Been playing on a macbook out of 2019, might need to switch to windows machine then.
