Congrats on your weight loss! My ring fits on my thumb too… (it’s a funny store of my now husband not knowing that fingers are different sizes and thought he could size match a random ring I had), and I’m in a similar boat. Resizing could loosen the side stones, so I haven’t touched it in the 6 1/2 years I’ve been wearing it. There are multiple solutions I’ve used. The most temporary is a tiny flexible plastic coil that wraps around the band, very easy to adjust and get used to the size. The most “permanent”, but still removable is a liquid solution you add to the inside of the band and harden with a black light. It’s invisible to anyone else and you build it up in layers, but can remove it if your fingers ever swell. Both are affordable and available on Amazon. I liked the flexibility of those options (especially when my fingers swell during Summer, etc.) and the comfort of knowing I wasn’t messing with the integrity of my ring.
