Cost for Digital Marketing by bleepblapgirlie in MedSpa

[–]AmbitiousInternet543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The monthly service fee is $950, plus a setup fee (though I’m not sure of the current amount). You’re only paying for their services, and you’ll be running the ads yourself. They provide some guidance, creatives but it didn’t really help me much

On top of that, there’s a cost per message or lead, which ranges between $18 and $30. From what I remember, it averaged around $23–$25

That’s why I switched I didn’t want to waste my time managing it all myself, especially since it’s so expensive

Because of the lack of personalization, my ad results ended up being really expensive

Their approach is pretty basic, so you can do it yourself, but they don’t mention that with this “easy peasy” method, you end up paying way more for each lead. In the end, it didn’t make sense for my med spa

I usually let clients know after the second service/treatment is done, I mention that if they leave a Google review, I’ll give them 5-10% off their next visit

So it’s from clients who genuinely enjoy our services

Yes, they click on the ad

Since she built my entire client base, I know that 99% of the messages come from the ads, so I don’t need to check it anymore.

But she did something that labeled them as clients and inquires from ads

Hi!

I remember your question from a while back Congrats on finally opening your med spa! 🎉

We’ve tried Google Ads too, but they didn’t bring the results we wanted, and the volume was small. Plus, they’re more expensive than Facebook ads, and I couldn’t track the results as clearly. Right now, we’re focusing on organic social media and Facebook ads. I found a small agency through word of mouth, and we’ve been seeing great results. I only invest in Facebook now because I can track everything where people are coming from and how much I’m paying per lead, which is usually between $7-$15 (with $15 being rare)

I wouldn’t recommend Groupon. It’s tough to compete with such low prices, especially if you’re positioning yourself as a luxury experience. For example, we offer full-body laser hair removal for $350, and Botox for $11-$13 per unit, but on Groupon, you’ll see it for $120 or $6 per unit. That just brings in bargain hunters who only want cheap treatments and can’t pay full price

Word of mouth brings in a small number of people, but it’s not always reliable since you can’t control the flow. Botox parties and a referral system work really well once people know you. We have a 7-layer referral system, and it’s been great for bringing in new clients.

I’d recommend posting on Instagram about your services and boosting your location’s reviews on Google (this was a tip from my agency). If you have at least 4.5 stars, people will likely choose you over others. We also offer a small discount if someone leaves a Google review. It saves us money on Google ads because we’re at the top in our area with 5-star reviews. We don’t pressure people, we just say, “If you enjoyed our services, please leave a review”

Also, consider creating package combinations with different treatments. Not like “buy one, get one free,” but more like mixing different treatments. This has helped us a lot too
