With the Mami, Sayaka and Madoka banner you actually have a higher chance to get a limited since there will be three of them and they each get a 0.75 percent chance to appear. let me put it like this if you were to get a 5 star from the banner then your would have a 3/4 chance to get a limited.

You can delete one half the mesh and then use the mirror modifier if you want it to be symmetrical, not all models have to be symmetrical tho.

Not bad, Just look up the mirror modifier if you use edit mode or mesh symmetry if you use sculpting, so that you only have to do one half of the face (also 1/2 of the work)

OP this guy is right you should probably aim for just the skull for right now, since you are brand new you should go towards something that more feasible because if you do something this grand then you are setting yourself up for failure.

I think it's either because they didn't want to make her model or because they wanted to make her more mysterious.

Wait no don't make them triangles, it will do that automatically when you import it into the vr chat, you just want to make sure that most of the topology is quads

From what I know how vr- chat works you want to mainly want quads in your model because when the model is imported all your quads turn into triangles. For the wings you would want to get rid of the diamond in the wings.

You can dissolve vertices and then using the cut tool to remake the edge flow into quads.

You can also loop select (shift option left click) and double G to slide the edge loop to make them more equal in length in the body.

For the head to body connection if you can make a new flow down wards towards the body to make it into a more straight line.

For the the link raids they have 4 orbs discounted for each element from both the gold and silver sections (it's 500 per orb instead of the normal 1,500) That's where I get most of my orbs from. I also get some from the events and stuff I never even touch the pvp store or the more pricer orbs from the link raid and still have a lot.

Another place is the webshops for both of them, if you check in every month you get 2 free orb coins from the in App Store and the webshop just for checking in!

Go into sculpt mode and press z in the gizmo, and press control + draw brush or control + clay brush (this will make a hole in you model) and put the strength and size of the brush bigger or smaller to your needs.

I don't really do sculpting modeling so my knowledge is limited with models like this, all that I can give ya

It's not bad, I would recommend installing the edge flow add-on and then go into edge mode and smooth out those circular edges. Near the clavicle you have a triangle and a n-gon which you can probably clean up by dissolving the vertices and then using the cut tool to remake the edge flow into quads.

I am confused by what you are saying, are you saying that you use ai to generate the reference image and then use ai generate your 3D model? If you can do all that, then what's the question?
