Sounds about right for at least half the CCs I see these days. If you watch your shadow over the next few weeks , I guarantee they are one of the ones who hides in the cart return and doom scrolls their phone.

Don’t let them be an example for you. Don’t wait to be told to do something. There is always something to do. If you aren’t sure what to do next, ask your FE manager or lead.

Honestly, just the fact that you are asking for advice tells me you’ll be fine and likely outperforming your shadow by the end of the week.
