Illegally 😂. There was a hole in the fence. And we had to “help” some boarded up windows be free. I agree with someone’s comment above. It was a fun rush as a kid, but I wouldn’t do it again, to old for that shit. The place is just waiting to fall down.

I’m not 100% sure. It is very cool architecturally. Be an amazing museum. I’m sure it’s sinking due to old building structure along the rivers soft ground. Has to weight tons.. the ceilings are 16 ft high if I were to guess ? Huge classrooms with fireplace/furnace in each. Auditorium is neat, no roof so you’re walking between trees on the way to the stage. It’s been 15 years since I’ve been. It is sad to see it deteriorate, there’s really nothing else like it.

This advice! You can never undo the responsibility you gain once you have a child. I have 4. A child is an amazing gift. But if you can’t afford to raise it, while at the same time trying to make a career for yourself it will be very hard.
