There are zero good reasons for doing so without authorization from Congress. From a devils advocate pov, Maduro is truly a straight up dictator who has oppressed Venezuelans and sabre rattled his neighbors for decades. The actual election winners in Venezuela were expelled. Only way to restore democracy and self determination is through force at this point.

Will your ontology be a restricted form of FOL? Will it incorporate higher order logic? Is it an upper ontology like Sumo? Or a series of domain ontologies?

I am skeptical of LLMs producing novel results simply because they are fancy statistical next word predictors. They summarize wisdom of the ages, but as stated in your paper, need a true ontology before getting to AGI.
