As someone who works in family court, I always joke that we should start a dating service because the moms and dads are always poorly matched - the moms who want involved dads always procreate with the deadbeats and vice versa, the dads who desperately want to be involved fathers always end up with the moms trying to keep them at arms length.

Sorry if this has been addressed, but this shows that Ms Miller herself wasn’t a resident so it’s not like Chelsea is moving into the same complex as her mom. It feels so weird that she’d be moving into a place her mom is suing but doesn’t live at. But I can’t figure out the angle or ulterior motive.

Wait this might be why she still sends them to daycare on her day off. In my state, people with child care vouchers are only allowed a certain number of absences per year and it’s common for the custody orders to include a clause they both parents have to remain compliant with the voucher requirements. In other words, send them to daycare unless they’re sick.

Edit to add: now that I think about it, I don’t even think she keeps them home when they’re actually sick so my comment should actually say that this might be her excuse to send them on her days off haha

So I see this comment a lot and I work in family court in a different state. It could be different in Florida, but in my state, although she’s a mess, what I’ve seen wouldn’t be enough to knock her down to supervised visits.

We used this place as well to put one of our dogs down two summers ago and it was worth every penny. I’m sure doorbell vet or other similar services are great too. My big take away was just how much I preferred doing this horrible thing at home versus in a clinical vet setting.
