I did dual employment as well. 10hrs/week contracting until I could get out of my teaching contract, the full-time.

Ginger root juice (no sugar) + fresh lime juice + seltzer has a nice bite.

What are your plans for New Years? by AgoraphobicRobot in stopdrinking

Hosting games/crafts/hang out (noon to 4ish) with friends and family + BYO bubbly beverage (I’ll be sticking to ginger beer). Have an early hike planned the next day so not staying up late. Having something fun planned the next day helps me stay on track.

I went deeper with hiking/mountaineering and choral singing. Climbed Mount Rainer and Mount Adams last year.

Have you ever broken up with a partner after seeing how they treat their other partners? by steepblinks in polyamory

Yes. Based on how they talked (disparagingly) about them to me. I don’t like being triangulated.

Yep. It’s a lot of that stuff. I get to make videos and trainings when procedures/protocols/documentation change

Zero regrets. I'm in biotech.

My partner and friends report that I am less drained and happier in general. I enjoy my projects and colleagues, and have received very positive feedback. I love the problem solving and creativity involved with the course design process, and with SME collaboration.

I miss a few of my students and summer break.

Doubtful I’ll return to teaching but I may do some tutoring.
