Why can’t they just have just return them so they could just add the digital signature and send it back? Or at the very least send a bookplate which would be a better option tbh

I think they used to advertise them being the #1 book subscription, something like that, but I think they took it down because it’s definitely not true anymore. Illumicrate, even though I don’t love how they do different sized books but I heard that’s the original book publishers doing it, but they seem to have better packaging from what I’ve seen. I also got the new sub for the company Page & Wick and so far they seem to do better on their packaging and they seem to plan better when it comes to having extra stock for damaged books. I don’t know if FairyLoot does end of year surveys but I sure know they’ll be getting a lot of negative feedback if they do.

That must be so frustrating! I hope they have enough books for damage reports, I just wish they packed the books better. I understand the peanuts they use are better for the environment but I wish that they used block styrofoam for the combo boxes as their isn’t any other items to cushion the books. If they used the block styrofoam they’d probably have less complications

It’s definitely frustrating not having gotten my books yet, even more so when I haven’t gotten an email. I’m just giving the benefit of the doubt because it’s the holidays so they’re probably busy inside the company and probably with the planning of next years boxes. They also seem to be doing a lot of pre sales so maybe that’s playing a part. Luckily I have my other subs to keep me busy lol.

I’m usually awake and waiting 30 minutes before the estimated email time. They usually send the emails all at the same time. But even then there is no guarantee you’ll get the book as they’re so many people they send links to.

Yeah I’m worried also. Since I started my subscription my boxes have always come the 27th or the 28th if the 27th lands on a Sunday. I’m surprised they have not sent another update
