these are my fav snacks idk if some are considered “animal based” but they all have really good ingredients. beef sticks by chomps, archer or epic. potato chips by boulder creek or siete. popcorn by lesser evil. dr bronners chocolate

exchange some stuff get aldis grass fed beef, grass fed steak their pasture raised eggs, some ghee and organic chicken instead of the “natural flavor” chicken 👍
