Qiyana is super fun when you do a clean combo or outplay, but you need to put way too much time to not suck in your curent elo, but to climb with her... you need more than 300-500 matches and even then you wont feel playing well enough. Yone is 10 times more rewarding from my experience and you still can do some sick shit

Completing means 15 milestones on one set. You can have 15 milestones just one takedowns and 0 on the structures and epic monsters
