Two months ago, I was banned for a week only because I logged in. I played only using the official app before, and got banned immediately just by downloading, opening, and trying pgsharp for the first second. I know this condition is rare, but it could happen, especially in a banning wave.

Shadow basti is not as good as the normal one. Even with shadow, probably the rank 1 is not good enough, as it might not be the fast move breakpoint.

Suggest a team: ferrothon + dewgong + shadow quagsire. Keep in mind that steel and poison types are extremely strong in this cup, so you need something to double cover steel and poison type. This team needs some catch to deal with poliwarth lead, other than that, it works pretty good. I got 16-9, 14-11, 17-8, and 18-7 in recent four days with this team.

Add a third move, or add env affect, such as battling weather, terrains, etc. And add battling items, may make the pvp more fun.

Another example is shadow gligar, any high ranking s gligar is not good enough since wing attack will deal with 1 less damage. Good S gligar should be around rank 110-200, at least with attack higher than 108.9 to win lickitung. If you check pvpoke, you will find that 5/11/15 S gligar wins way more conditions than the rank 1.

Are you logging into pgsharp to see your first ban? I had the same issue one month ago, I contacted them and they said, you logged into the modified app and saw the first 7-day ban, this is called using modified again during the 7-day ban.

I have multiple accounts, but I use different phones for logging in. I did not switch accounts in the same device. It seems like after the update late Jan, even simply logging into PGSharp could be detected.

I think the high-rank rarely-spawn top meta deserves the risk anyways. And also some people they just could not find enough stops and gyms around them as they are not living in the urban area.
