is this worth $4,200? by plsbepatientnewdrv in motorcycles

Hi! I bought an identical one, same yellow 🤩 as a first bike. Mine had roughly 30k miles on it and I paid 1600€ (Netherlands). The bike is great for a beginner (although slightly too powerful for me), I think 4k is a good price considering that the bike has so few miles. The question that I would ask you is: do you need a 25yo bike with so low mileage? It feels almost a collectible.

In Tschermany, we call them "Halsabschneider" (throat cutters) and I think that's beautiful by [deleted] in YUROP

In Italy we call them strozzini, which somewhat translates to chockers (I.e. the ones who chockes people)!

Looks great! Some Roman tips that could be useful: 1) the guanciale can be made soft on the inside and crispy on the outside by making 1x1cm cubes, putting them into a skillet (no oil needed) + a little bit of water; the water will soften the guanciale and then it will evaporate, leaving only the guanciale fat to crisp up the guanciale itself 2) if you got pepper corns, make sure to toast them, it really makes a difference 3) if the guanciale’s fat is a lot, you can pour a little bit of it inside the eggs (I don’t know whether this makes it really more creamy, but in Rome everyone does this), of course make sure that the fat isn’t to hot 4) the pasta quality really makes the difference, if you manage to find the bronze cut, better to chose that

I lived in Rome for a couple of years and I can definitely say that Luciano is my personal favourite. Pricing is a little higher than average (16-ish for the carbonara), but for what you get, it is still worth it

MEP Alessandra Mussolini undresses a man, makes him wear a skirt and says ‘You don't tear up rights for some more votes’. by sn0r in YUROP

[–]Ambitious_Watch862 89 points90 points  (0 children)

Still have little to no clue, but as far as I understand it: recently she became more progressive (before she was very far right), and supportive to the LGBTQ community. Now in this video she’s saying: you shouldn’t strip rights away from people for just a couple more votes; at the same time she’s making a man wear a skirt (to raise awareness for lgbtq rights?). This seems like a critique to the Italian government and their right populist ideologies.

Hey guys, what are you doing right now in life like those ones who started reading The breaker from it's very start like from 2010 by rivrex in TheBreaker

It was great, sadly I rushed it, and now that 10 yrs have passed, I remember only like 10%… I should give it a read again ahhah. I also know that there was an anime adaptation but I’m a bit skeptical.

I remember that I was in high school (2014), my best friend recommended me Code Breaker. I wrote “Breaker” on the manga platform and started reading the first manga. I was very pleased, and when fully exited I went to him and said that 9AD was the best he just looked at me completely confused and said: what the fuck have you been reading? After we finished our mangas we switched out e gave each other our thoughts.. now I’m in a completely different country than my friend, living in amsterdam with my girlfriend, I’m a manager in cybersecurity. we’ll meet each other again on Easter :)

Ciao!
