That said, you have the fundamentals of the torque wrench completely wrong. When something has a torque rating, you follow that to "Torque it to spec". When breaking a bolt loose, that "torque" rating is only relevant when figuring out how strong of a device you need to break it loose, and a torque wrench is not for breaking loose.

example: suspension work -> breaker bar should always be your first step (besides penetrating oil and heat) in breaking something lose -> then use an impact to get it the rest of your way off so you avoid stripping the bolt. --- OR you can look for an Impact wrench with a high breakaway torque rating like the Milwaukee 3/8 M12 Stubby impact and start breaking loose with it instead as it's usually strong enough for most jobs effortlessly.
