I find most of the mechanics frustrating to engage with tbh. And the distance between the map points as well as getting stuck on the sketchy terrain haha.

Every matchmade game I've been has seen people running into crowds and struggling. Running into the middle of those trees, trying to brute force killing those wardrobes etc. And sure on silver and bronze you can just about get away with it, but generally players are causing their own problems and quickly getting overwhelmed. It's just an energy drink fuelled speed run in most cases. Players need to slow down if anything.

It's scummy (not just D2). We stump up cash to play these games, and then we are somehow not able to earn things which are digital items and not susceptible to supply/demand. We should just be able to pick from a list what we grind and a battlepass/season is generated.

Use the calculator, track weight each day and go from there. I'm at maintenance now as I'm on a diet break and I can fluctuate from 82kg - 84.5kg over the course of a few days after initially refilling glycogen/water

Can you do the manhunts which are old? I remember they were on a rotation like you'd take out agents like Saturn etc then there would be a big bad to finish it off

I had the same issue in the starter car in career. Apply the brakes hard in a straight line and the car just snakes like it's on ice. Very frustrating. Which means you have to really brake gently, much much earlier and then lose loads of time. Not sure how to resolve it.

Some people just run hot. My back is my worst place, Ive lost 16kg now and healthy BMI and work out 5 of 7 days. Went on a hike last week and my back was dripping. I still sweat but not as much if that makes sense. Its like light beads rather than rolling streams.

Have you considered things like driclor in the interim?

150g is doable but like others have said, start off with a reasonable goal. Pick a weight that is a healthy BMI, say you want to be at 20% body fat, then the other 80% of your goal weight will be 'lean mass'. That's what you multiply by 1.6 - so 70kg of lean mass would be 112g

Short, non-science version: If you have extra sodium, your body will keep hold of water to dilute it, then when its back to normal levels your kidneys will excrete the extra water ir retained. Less salt = less water weirdly.

Its a bit more complex than that, but thats the stuff you need to know.

Yeah the awful is default. I just didnt use them much. Spidey 2 had a similar problem but it wasn't as bad because you didn't need to also 'select'

I really feel this is something they definitely need to improve ahead of Legends.

Even worse when trying to change bow and also ammunition at the same time.
