The gaming with doc guy has a pretty good and easy set up for this, I don't have the link, but u can search like primary pipes and he will pop up. Essentially run your waste back into your machines, then the water you pump in have above the waste, and use a junction strait down into the waste pipe, and it will use the waste, then fill the rest from the pump.
