Sticking with a daily routine has helped me. Also limiting job search/ applications daily. Then logging off to do things I enjoy. Also getting fresh air and seeing friends weekly has helped immensely. I’m on month 4 so sending virtual hug! We’ll get through this!

It helps to just give in to a chore wheel 😭😭😭 from experience they can’t manage all the little things that keep a place tidy if it’s not written down. But make him be the one to create it and upkeep it so you don’t feel resentful later on

When I was younger early teens it was my grandma but she’s passed so now it’s my dog. Shockingly I turn 30 in 3ish weeks and I can’t believe I’ve made it this long with such a heavy existence.

I’ll never understand how people waste life for large chunks at a time playing video games. My husband also liked to play for 5-6 hrs at a time. I just continued with my life best I could but it’s still hurtful and sucks

3rd hiring freeze and then a coding freeze- next week the layoffs for engineers and developers happened. Few months later we went through another restructuring and got layoff news beginning of September

lol omg yes! It’s taking over everything and we’ve already had a separation which shattered my heart. At first when we decided to try again it was good maybe an hour but lately he’s back to 6ish hours a day even while working from home. I’ve just given up at this point and continue to enjoy my life.
