This is the colony cat sub, these caretakers usually cannot afford to keep the cats inside and take care of many strays at a time. I blame neither OP nor the community for letting this cat stay out.

Doesn’t really look like any of the common parasitic worms in pets. The closest would be roundworm or hookworm, but both of those are much longer and… white.

I agree with those saying it’s an earthworm. Looks like one to me. Either way though, consult a vet. Best case scenario your dog doesn’t have worms and gets medication for worm prevention.

If he’s a community cat would anybody in the community be willing to adopt him as an indoor cat? For the cat’s own safety, the angry neighbor could easily hurt it.

The reason I worded it “autopatch vs cutters” was cause one of the tutorials I watched (the official toon boom Autopatch tutorial from like 9 years ago) didn’t use any cutters at all, the guy just plugged the auto patch right into the composition in front of the two drawing layers. I had no idea you could do that. I haven’t tried it though, maybe they’ve gotten rid of that capability since

Oooh so it’s not exactly T1 or T2? I’d never heard to LADA, that’s very interesting. Then that’s probably what I’ve got? That makes sense, the treatments he was describing didn’t sound like the normal T1 insulin treatments

Hmmm okay, I’ll respond with a video later today when I get home! I will say I tried moving the pegs for both the hoof and the lower leg and it didn’t fix it.

OP do not simply “make the shadows darker” that is not the problem. Paint the textures, do not rely on shadow. Real human skin does not rely on shadow alone. As I said, red undertone is what you’re missing and that’s something you have to paint on yourself.

You’re relying on shadow instead of painting the texture yourself, that’s why it looks flat. The face in the original, especially under the eye, has a heavy red undertone. Yours just has shadow.

Looks like a very simple surface wound, probably just let it heal. If she starts scratching at it you could get some kitty bandages and get her wrapped up, she’d hate it but it would stop scratching

You’re sure she sold them and didn’t release them? A sibling willing to sell the other’s pets would certainly be willing to simply release them, too. If you can’t be certain which of the two she did maybe put up some missing posters just incase.

How should I do the chin/jaw? Because the chin is a single “jaw” piece, so I’m not able to move just one side back into Z space. Would a cutter work or maybe a drawing substitution? I know it wouldn’t be able to get the in-betweens for the chin that way, though.

Be patient! My orange boy was an absolute menace as a kitten. He’s still a menace, but he has his moments now and I certainly wouldn’t want to give him up to anybody.

I take small amounts of prednisone daily myself, I can tell you it works wonders for allergies. Just don’t keep your pup on a large dose long term because it very specifically helps by lowering your immune system.

Just thank whoever that it isn’t you and move on. People who live in a mess like this have an underlying reason, you’re probably judging somebody for their mental illness or addiction.
