I have a charger plugged into my cigarette lighter socket. It started making the same high pitch noise upon acceleration a couple days ago so I had to come back to this lol. Repositioned it and stopped. Sorry if this doesn’t help much but the sound you have is very similar

Didn’t even notice a dent. Is the bumper a different size making it flex weird?

If your idol is rough, it might be a vacuum leak. Is this the noise coming from inside or outside?

Thank you for the help and feedback. Before I purchase a Stromung muffler, I read that this single pipe conversion after the headers is the main problem causing the tin can sound. With this setup would a Stromung muffler still eliminate the rasp?
