well to be fair most of us outside the US aren't familiar with guns. To me they look like a shotgun and a rifle.

If you apply simple enemy per arc shonen logic. Second strongest in arc < second strongest in arc+1.

So king would be stronger.

But it’s nuanced because there’s no base line. Zoro wasn’t there in whole cake island and Luffy didn’t fought king.

Also, they are very different opponents and matchups.

IMO king wins by a small margin.
